Please follow these guidelines to keep your piece looking beautiful for years to come!

Cleaning & Washing

Dishwasher safe: You can safely clean your pieces in the dishwasher using a gentle cycle and mild detergent.

Hand wash for longevity: While the dishwasher is perfectly fine, handwashing with warm water and mild soap is highly recommended to significantly increase the life expectancy of your handmade pieces.

Avoid soaking: Do not leave your items submerged in standing water for extended periods.

Microwave & Heat

Microwave safe: Your piece is completely safe to use in the microwave, unless otherwise stated in product description.

Handle when hot: Like any dinnerware, the item may become hot to the touch after being microwaved, so please use caution when removing it.

Avoid temperature shocks: To prevent structural cracking, avoid moving an item directly from a freezing environment (like the refrigerator or freezer) straight into a hot microwave.

Handling & Storage

Handle with care: While durable, clay can still chip, crack, or break if dropped onto hard floors or bumped against heavy cookware.

Avoid abrasive scrubbers: Do not use steel wool or highly abrasive scouring pads, as they can scratch the food-safe surface finish over time.

Policy Fulfillment Timeline:

All orders are carefully packed and prepared for shipment 48 hours after the order is placed.

Shipping Destinations:

We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Safe Arrival Guarantee:

Every piece is wrapped securely to ensure it arrives safely.

Damaged in transit: If your item breaks during shipping, please email a photo of the damaged piece and the packaging to kyndalsclaycreations@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery to arrange a replacement.

Replacements:

Replacements are only issued for items damaged during transit. We cannot replace or refund items broken during regular use, handling, or washing.
